摘要
随着联合循环机组的国产化程度日益提高,针对国内运行环境设计的热力系统在实践中暴露出一些缺陷,如主蒸汽管道电动阀与逆止阀的布置、"二拖一"机组冷再热管道关断阀与调节阀的布置、旁路的性能与减温设备性能等问题。这些缺陷不仅影响机组效率,甚至会对人身及设备安全造成潜在的风险。为此汇总了部分典型问题进行辨析,并尝试提出应对措施。
The localization rate of the combined cycle power units has been improving increasingly. There are several defects in the localized systems, such as the arrangement of the electric valves and check valves on main steam pipes, the arrangement of the separating valves and control valves on cold reheating pipes of the ‘2GT + 1ST' unit,the per- formance of the bypass and cooling equipments, etc. The cycle efficiency will be decreased due to these defects, the persons and units will also be in danger. Some typical defects are collected to be discriminated and resolved in this paper.
