摘要 科技创新是提高社会生产力和综合国力的战略支撑,本文梳理了确立高校科技协同创新地位的政策、科技经费的政策、协同创新评价的制度、协同创新人员激励制度、设置科技成果转化岗位的政策和扶持新型研发机构发展政策。
