浅析天津继续教育发展中存在的问题

A Brief Analysis of Problems in Continuing Education Development in Tianjin

当前天津市继续教育发展面临的问题主要表现为:继续教育体系和统筹管理体制尚未形成;配套的运行机制不完善,尤其是经费投入、合作共享、激励和约束机制不足以支撑继续教育体系平稳运行;相关的法律、法规和各项制度不健全,难以对继续教育体系形成保障。本文从梳理问题出发,并提出了相应的对策建议。

Nowadays the main problems in continuing education development of Tianjin can be seen as follows： continuing education system and the overall management system have not been formed yet; the complete set of operation mechanism has not been perfect; especially funds investment, cooperation and sharing, and incentive and constraint mechanism have been insufficient to support continuing education system running smoothly; relevant laws, regulations, and systems have not been wholesome, thus continuing education system has been difficult to guarantee. Starting from summarizing the above problems,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
