摘要 针对西北干旱地区不同牧压下生物多样性分析,通过Pearson检验、典型相关分析、结构方程分析(SEM)等方法,运用MATLAB、AMOS等软件,综合分析植物、啮齿动物不同影响因子间的关系.首先,基于整体差值趋势,分析出不同牧压下对动植物生物量的影响.其次,运用Pearson检验、典型相关分析,得到不同牧压下植物量对啮齿动物量的影响程度.最后,依托SEM模型,探究不同牧压下啮齿动物群落稳定性影响机制.基于不同模型合理的假设检验,尤其是SEM模型的多重检验,证明对生物多样性的分析有较高的可信度,适合对不同地区生物多样性分析提供参考. Since there exists biological diversity under different grazing pressure in northwest arid region,this paper,by applying the method of pearson test,special correlation analysis and structural equation analysis,comprehensively analyses the relationship between different influencing factors like plant and rodent through the software of MATLAB and AMOS.Firstly,based on the tendency of overall difference,this paper analyses the influence of different grazing pressure to the amount of plants and animals.Secondly,by applying Person test and special correlation analysis,the paper analyses that under different grazing pressure,to what extent the amount of plants affect the population of rodent.Lastly,relying on the SEM model,this paper explores the influercing factors of the stability of rodent community under different grazing pressure.Based on the test of reasonable hypothesis of different models,especially the SEM model,this paper testifies the credibility of biological diversity analysis,which makes a good reference to the analysis of biological diversity in different areas.
