创新创业作为国家的政策导向,是可持续发展的坚实基础。创新型人才培养是教育的重要内容,创新过程中法律风险同时存在。在具体构建过程中,基于学生未来发展和职业规划,从国家、高校、教师三个层面组建"多方参与"的服务队伍,搭建"多元化"的服务平台,开展"全方位"的融媒介法治文化推广,以提升大学生的创新创业能力,促进学生全面与健康的发展。

According to future development and career planning of college students,it is necessary to establish a multiparty participation service team from the aspects of country,university and teacher__a diversified service platform,to carry out the promotion of all- round convergence media legal culture to improve the ability of innovative undertaking.
