摘要 为有效提高风电并网运行能力,提出在受端配置蓄电池型静止无功补偿器(BESS-STATCOM)的风火打捆经直流输电并网拓扑结构。设计以维持受端母线电压稳定为首要目的的控制策略。送端发生风速频繁波动扰动时,通过火电厂可以消弱风速波动带来的不利影响,保证输入至受端电网的电压稳定。受端电网负荷突变/三相短路时,蓄电池型静止无功补偿器能保证电网受到干扰后快速恢复,在向系统补偿无功功率的同时提供一定有功支撑,克服负荷突变带给系统的不利影响。仿真结果表明所提控制方案的有效性,蓄电池型静止无功补偿器能够使得风电场"穿越"故障,运行状况基本不受电网受端故障影响。 For improving grid-connection operation ability of wind farm, provision of DC power transmission grid-connection topological structure of wind-thermal bundled power system and battery energy storage system(BESS)combined with static synchronous compensator(STATCOM)at the input end is proposed. The control strategy with aim of maintaining busbar voltage stability of the input end is designed.In case of frequent fluctuation of wind velocity at the output end, the unfavorable influence due to wind velocity fluctuation can be weakened by the thermal power plant to maintain voltage stability from the input to the receiving end. In case of abrupt variation of grid load/three-phase short circuit at the receiving end, the BESS-STATCOM can assure fast recovery of grid after interference, provide a definite active support at the same of compensating reactive power to the system and overcome the unfavorable influence to the system due to sudden load variation. The effectiveness of the proposed simulation scheme is shown.The BESS-STATCOM can make the wind farm pass through fault and the operation condition is basically not influenced by the fault that the receiving end of the grid.
