摘要
2013年1月至11月对升金湖的轮虫群落结构和环境因子进行了调查。结果表明,升金湖共检测到轮虫类18属32种,主要优势种为角突臂尾轮虫(Brachionus angularis)、前节晶囊轮虫(Asplanchna priodonta)、针簇多肢轮虫(Polyarthra trigla)和裂足轮虫(Schizocerca diversicornis),轮虫密度变化范围为0.46~826.15 ind./L,最小值出现在冬季,最大值出现在秋季。Pearson相关性分析和CCA分析表明,影响升金湖轮虫群落结构变化的环境因子有水温、p H值、溶解氧、氨氮等。
In this study,we investigated the community structure of rotifers and environmental factors in the upper Shengjin Lake from February to July,2014. A total of 18 genera and 32 species of rotifers were identified during the survey,and the dominant species were Brachionus angularis,Asplanchna priodonta,Polyarthra trigla,and Schizocerca diversicornis. It ranged from 0. 46- 826. 15 ind. / L.The minimum and maximum density of rotifers recorded in winter and autumn,respectively. From the results of Pearson correlations and canonical correspondence analysis,environmental factors such as water temperature,dissolved oxygen and p H had a considerable effect on the rotifer community structure in the Shengjin Lake.
