The Speech to People of Western China(Both language of Han and Zang)

本文是九世班禅曲吉尼玛2针对西陲3民众公开发表的抗日演讲。"七七事变"后,中国掀起全面抗战。九世班禅为了向西陲民众宣传抗日,特发表了本篇演讲。演讲包括三个部分:一、抗日战争关系到中国的生死存亡,意义重大;二、中华民族团结一致,最后的胜利必将属于中国;三、对西陲民众提出倡议,以实际行动支持全民族抗日。

The speech, by 9th Panchen, is try to urge people of Western China to focus and support TheWar of Resistance Against Japan. The Incident of July 7 heralded the eruption of the Sino-Japanese War, whichpromoted 9th Panchen to make this speech. There are three parts in this speech： 1.The War of ResistanceAgainst Japan is so important that it will affect Chinese destiny; 2. China will win as long as the Chinese nationunited; 3. Advocate people from Western China to support The War of Resistance Against Japan.
