摘要
本文针对某车架道路可靠性试验出现的开裂问题,分别进行了车架修改前后的强度分析和应力-应变检测试验。结果显示,强度分析和检测试验的应力数值有些偏差,但应力分布趋势基本一致。同时,结构修改后的强度好于原结构,由此证明了仿真分析加物理测试是有效的产品开发及优化手段。
For the crack problem of a car frame during road reliability test, the frame strength analysis and stress-strain test were conducted before and after modification. The results show that some slight differences exist between the strength analysis and test stress values although the stress distribution is consistent. Also, the intensity of the modified structure is better than that of the original structure, which proves that the simulation analysis with the physical test is a valid product development and optimization method.
