一种气体吸阻检测系统设计

摘要 本系统以STM32F407单片机为核心,采用控制直线电机压缩气缸产生气流作为本系统的气源,流量传感器和压降传感器分别采集流向滤棒的气体瞬时流量和瞬时压力,经STM32F407单片机内部A/D转换、数据处理并存储。本系统具有吸阻测量精度高,操作简单,稳定性好等特点。 Based on the Singlechip STM32F407, a new gas draw resistance measurement system is designed. In the design, the gas flow generated by compressed air cylinder controlled by linear motor is used as the gas flow source. The instantaneous flow and pressure of the gas flowing to the filter rod can be acquired by flow sensor and pressure sensor in the system, which are finally converted, processed and stored by the Singlechip STM32F407. The system has characteristics of high measurement precision, simple operation and good stability.
