摘要
针对各行各业工作中大量机械手的使用,本文基于国内外研究现状,以液压机械手作为控制对象进行研究。根据机械手结构的特殊性,以西门子S-300PLC作为控制器对机械手进行控制,使用STEP7作为编程软件进行编程,设计出控制的整体方案,并列出运行方式选择、机械手上升和下降、压力值设定控制程序。实验结果表明,所编程序能够实现机械手的控制。
For a large number of manipulators used in all walks of life, this paper studies the hydraulic robot based on current research home and abroad, by using the Siemens S-300 PLC as the controller of the manipulator.What's more, by using the STEP7 for programming, the paper designs the overall scheme of controlling, and proposes a list of programs for operating mode selection, rising and falling the robot, and setting the pressure value.The manipulator is controllable through the program.
