摘要
以S7-1200 PLC作为主控制器,设计开发了冷轧带钢真空清洁装置控制系统。介绍了控制系统的硬件结构,用西门子博途V13进行了控制软件的编程,实现工作辊清洁带钢、工作辊备用辊切换、备用辊在线反冲洗的全自动控制。设计了基于KTP700新一代精简触摸屏的监控界面,实时监控工艺设备的运行状态。整个控制系统操作方便、人机界面友好、可靠性高。
With a set of S7-1200 PLC as main controller, the control system is designed and developed for cold rolling flat steel vacuum cleaning device. The control system hardware structure is introduced, and the totally automatic control functions such as working roll cleaning flat steel, working roll and backup roll switching, backup roll online washing etc. are realized by software programming with Siemens Software Portal V13. An SCADA system based on a KTP700 2rid generation basic touch panel is designed to monitor and control the process device. The whole control system is convenient, friendly and reliable.
