Design of Stereoscopic Ammeter Scanning System on Intelligent Warehouse for Energy Meter Storage

介绍了一种以松下FP-X PLC为核心控制器的分立式产品仓储库容信息扫描系统,该系统目前应用于潍坊敏捷型智能电能表库。系统自动逐箱扫描电表表箱及箱中每一只电表,并将信息上传到上位机管理系统,大大减轻了人工扫描电表的负担,为智能表库实现电表自动出入库提供了保证。实验结果证明,本系统扫描电表速度快,准确度高,运行稳定。

A kind of stereoscopic ammeter scanning system based on FP-X programmable logic controller was introduced. The system was now used on an intelligent warehouse for energy meter storage in Weifang. By scanning the box as well as each meter in the box automatically and uploading the information to management system, it provided guarantee for automatic storage of the meter in the warehouse and reduce the burden of manual scanning meter. Experimental results show that, the system is of fast scanning speed, high accuracy and stable performance.
