摘要
学前教育专业的顶岗实习是近年结合社会与学生发展需求,形成的一种"做中学"实践形式,学生承担教师基本职责,完成教师常规工作。在实施中由于管理者价值取向的偏差,学生被置于"重做轻学"境地,造成多重教育困境:缺乏角色认同造成学生行为选择缺乏规范;工作中的互动关系不明确,学生实习中缺乏必要、稳定的支持;学生缺乏专注学习与提升的心境;"硬着陆"挫伤学生职业自信心。要确保"顶岗实习"的有效性,需回归"人才培育"中心,建立校—园合作的专业发展支持体系。
On-duty practice of preschool education major students is a practice of"learning by doing"resulting from the development requirements of both society and students in recent years.In such kind of practice,students should,like a kindergarten teacher,shoulder fundamental responsibilities and accomplish regular work.However,due to the deviation of practice managers' value orientation in the implementation of the practice,students tend to "value doing and neglect learning"and many education difficulties take place.For example,students' behavioral selection is lack of regulation as the result of the deficiency of role identification;they are short of necessary and steady support in the practice because of their unclear relationship with others;they are in no mood to concentrate on study and making progress;and the "hard landing"dampens their self-confidence in profession.It is concluded that to ensure the effectiveness of on-duty practice,it is necessary to return to the former practice with"talent cultivation"as the core and establish a supportive college-kindergarten system for students' professional development.
