摘要
θ网环形填料是一种实验室常见的精密填料,广泛应用于精细化工品的分离,然而目前对于该种填料的传质性能研究有所欠缺,造成了应用上的盲目性,针对此种问题,用CO_2-H_2O体系测定了5 mm×5 mm的θ网环形填料的传质性能,并分析了液相黏度和表面张力对填料传质性能的影响,通过数据拟合,得出θ网环形填料的液相体积传质系数与各主要的准数之间的关联式,指导实际应用。
θ ring is a kind of common laboratory precision packing,which is widely used in the separation of fine chemicals. However,the mass transfer performance research of this kind of packing is not enough,which leads to the blindness of applications. The mass transfer performance of 5 mm × 5 mm θ ring was investigated in CO_2-H_2 O system,and the influences of liquid viscosity and surface tension on mass transfer performance were analyzed,the correlations between liquid volumetric mass transfer coefficient of θ ring and major dimensionless numbers were obtained by data fitting.
