摘要
冬虫夏草是一味传统名贵中药材,其中核苷类成分是其重要活性物质之一。本文通过文献检索,并进行分析和归纳总结,综述了近年来冬虫夏草中核苷类成分分析的研究进展,包括提取方法、分析检测方法和核苷的转化途径。冬虫夏草核苷类成分提取方法主要包括热回流提取、索氏提取、浸渍提取、超声提取、基质固相分散提取和加压溶剂萃取;分析检测方法包括薄层色谱法、高效液相色谱法和毛细管电泳法。冬虫夏草中核苷转化途径主要包括核苷酸、核苷和碱基之间的转化。
Ophiocordyceps sinensis is a famous traditional Chinese medicine, in which nucleoside is one of the important type active substances. This paper reviews different analytical methods of nucleosides in O. sinensis, including extraction, determination and transformation of nucleosides. The extraction methods include heat reflux extraction, soxhlet extraction, soaking extraction, ultrasonic extraction, matrix solid-phase dispersion extraction and pressurized liquid extraction. Thedetermination methods include thin layer chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography and capillary electrophoresis. The transformation ways include transformation among nucleotides, nucleosides and bases.
