我国图书馆学教育存在的问题及对策思考

The Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Library Science Education in Our Country

当前我国图书馆学专业教育存在的诸多问题是由于专业培养目标定位不清、图书馆职业社会地位较低、科技快速发展以及教育投入不足、教学实践条件有限等原因所致。为此,必须明确教育目标和方向,不断更新教育内容;加大教育投入,注重实践技能训练;提升教师队伍素质,优化师资队伍结构;培养学生专业兴趣和职业精神,提高学生的专业认同度。

There are many problems in library science education in our country currently,which are mainly resulted from the unclear location of profession education target,the low social status of library occupation,the quickly developmental science and technology,and poor education＇s input,the limited teaching practice condition,etc.For this,we should have to explicit the goal and direction of library science education,renew the contents of library science education; enlarge education devotion and pay attention to practice training; promote teachers troop ＇s quality,optimize the teachers troop＇s structure; develop the students＇ professional interest and occupation spirit and raise the student＇s professional approbation.
