On the Importance of Diversified Practical Training in Versatile Legal Talents Cultivation

在复合型、应用型卓越法律人才的培养中,实践训练起着非常重要的作用,它有助于提升学生的法律实务能力、改革人才培养模式,并为学生多元化发展创造条件。但是,目前许多高校法学专业的实践训练无论是形式还是内容都较为单一,其多元化尚未得到应有的重视。因此,应从内容、层次、形式上对实践训练进行创新,力求多元,以培养卓越的法律人才。

Practical training plays an important role in developing versatile legal talents as it enhances students＇ legal practice skills,reform talents training mode,and enable students to develop in a diversified way. Today,practical legal training in many universities is monotonous in both form and content. Diversification deserves more credit than it is getting,so we need to be more creative with the content,level,and form of the practical training we offer to law majors.
