摘要
传统的讲授式教学使学生沦为被动的接受客体,抑制了学生自由意志的发展,存在诸多弊端。研讨式教学灵活转换师生间主客体位置,使教师和学生皆能充分发挥各自的主观能动性,成为教与学的主体,弥补了传统教学的不足与缺陷,更新了教学方式。完整的研讨式教学需要经过精心准备,要经过4个完整的步骤,即:确定研讨选题;营造研讨氛围,设计研讨方案;控制选题,组织研讨过程;总结归纳,提炼研讨成果。只有这样,方能真正实现教与学的自觉。
One of the many disadvantages of traditional lecture-based teaching is that students are reduced to a passive recipient and their free will is suppressed. A seminar-based teaching makes up for such deficiency and improves the mode of teaching by switching the subject-object position of teachers and students into one that leads to a better fulfillment of their subjective initiatives.A successful seminar-based class requires careful preparation in choosing the topic,designing the plan,organizing the discussion,and summarizing the results. Only when these four steps are gone through can we expect self-conscious teaching and learning.
