中外合作办学模式下高校科研档案管理的创新

The Innovation of University Scientific Research Document Management of Sino-foreign Cooperative Education

通过分析中外合作办学模式下高校科研档案存在的问题,旨在客观反映中外合作办学的科研成果,提出将"开放研究者与贡献者身份"(ORCID)应用高校科研档案管理中,解决档案管理中的姓名混淆、档案管理系统重复建设、利用率低下、科研档案的数字化网络化等问题;最后给出了ORCID在高校科研档案管理过程中的应用。

By analyzing the problems existing in the university scientific research document management,and to objectively reflect the scientific research achievement of Sino-foreign cooperative education,we proposed the method of applying open researcher and contributor ID in university scientific research document management to solve the problem of name confusion,duplication construction of document management system,insufficient of document usages,and the digitizing and networking of scientific research document. Finally,an example of application of ORCID in university scientific research document management was given.
