摘要
本文采用阳离子表面改性剂CTAB与非离子表面改性剂PEG复配改性粘土(OC),并通过乳液法制备复配改性粘土/NBR复合材料,并研究CTAB与PEG的比例对于复合材料力学性能的影响,同时利用红外、X射线衍射表征改性粘土的结构,扫描电镜表征改性粘土/NBR复合材料分散相态。实验结果表明:CTAB与PEG比例为1∶0.4制得的复配粘土/NBR复合材料性能最优,其拉伸强度为6.87MPa,撕裂强度为16.41N/mm,断裂伸长率为432%。
Cationic surface modification agent CTAB and non- ionic surface modification agent of PEG compound modified clay,and prepared CTAB / PEG modified clay / nitrile through the emulsion method. Studying the proportion of CTAB and PEG for the influence of compound material mechanics performance,at the same time,using IR,X- ray diffraction( XRD)characterized the structure of the modified clay,scanning electron microscopy( SEM) characterized dispersed phase of modified clay / NBR composites. The experimental results show that CTAB and PEG ratio of 1 ∶ 0. 4 of the optimal distribution of clay / NBR composites performance,its tensile strength is 6. 87 MPa,tear strength of 16. 41 N / mm,elongation at break was 432%.
