摘要 以铁黑为颜料颗粒,通过悬浮聚合法制备出粒径小、分布均匀的球形墨粉。研究了铁黑、Span-80和PVA用量对墨粉粒径的影响。通过粒度分布图与市售的墨粉相比,平均粒径和分布宽度均达到要求。通过扫描电镜图与市售的墨粉相比,形貌、粒径均更优。通过热重分析图可知,悬浮聚合法制备的墨粉玻璃化转变温度可完全满足目前使用的定影设备。 Spherical toner particles with small particle size and uniform distribution were prepared by suspensionpolymerization method using Fe3O4 particles as pigment particles. The effective factors of dosage of Fe3O4 particles,Span- 80 and PVA were studied. The average grain diameter and dispersion of distribution of the product compared with the commercially available toner by particle size distribution figure is meeting demands. The morphology and particle size of the product compared with the commercially available toner by scanning electron microscopy( sem) figure is even more excellent. By thermogravimetric analysis,the glass transition temperature of the product can completely satisfy the fixing devices in use today.
