Cd_xZn_(1-x)S的合成及其光催化性能研究

摘要 以硝酸锌(镉)为金属源,硫化钠为硫源,利用超声辅助沉淀法合成了系列Cd_xZn_(1-x)S硫化物。研究了不同锌含量的Cd_xZn_(1-x)S对不同有机染料(亚甲基蓝、罗丹明B和甲基橙)的光催化降解性能。结果表明,在相同光源与相等光强等条件下,当催化剂的添加量一定时,罗丹明B最易降解,亚甲基蓝次之,而甲基橙的降解最慢;对不同锌含量的Cd_xZn_(1-x)S催化剂的降解性能进行研究,则是纯Zn S最差,Cd S次之,Cd_xZn_(1-x)S降解性能较好,且随着Cd_xZn_(1-x)S中Cd含量的增加其光催化降解性能提高。
