摘要
采用HPLC-ELSD法测定参芪养心颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量。色谱柱为Hypersil C18柱（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-水（35∶65）,流速为1.0 m L/min,载气流速3.0L/min,漂移管温度100℃。黄芪甲苷进样量在56.4~376μg范围内与色谱峰面积之间线性关系良好（r=0.9992）,平均回收率为97.8%,RSD=1.64%（n=6）。本方法简便、快速、准确,可作为参芪颗粒的质量控制方法。
To determine Astragaloside IV in Shenqi Yangxin Granules by HPLC- ELSD. The separation was performed on a Hypersil C18（ 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm）,with acetonitrile- wate（ 35 ∶ 65） as mobile phase,and the flow rate was 1. 0m L / min. The flow rate of gas was set at 3. 0L / min,the temperature of the drift tube was set at 100℃. There was good linear relationship between the mass and peak area of geniposide in the range of 56. 4 ~ 376μg（ r = 0. 9992）. The average recovery was 97. 8%,and RSD was 1. 64%（ n = 6）. The established method is rapid,simple,accurate and suitable for the quality control of Shenqi Yangxin Granules.
