摘要
炼油化工装置的管道仪表检测原件主要包括压力测量仪表、温度测量仪表和流量测量仪表三部分,随着管道的介质、压力和温度的不同工况对仪表检测原件的安装要求也不尽相同。笔者根据众多项目的设计和施工经验,介绍了各类管道仪表检测原件的安装方法和思路。管道仪表检测原件的合理安装对装置的安全运行、外观、操作和检维修等均有着重要意义。
The instrument detection software of oil refining chemical plant mainly includes the pressure measuring instrument,the temperature measuring instrument and the flow measurement instrument. Because the operation condition is different as the change of medium,pressure and temperature,the requirements of the installation of the detecting instrument software is changed. According to design and construction experience of many projects,the author introduced many installation methods of measuring instruments. The reasonable installation of measuring instruments is important meaningful to the safe operation,appearance and operation and maintenance.
