大学生思想政治教育的人文关怀是现代思想政治教育理论发展与实践创新的重要成果,为大学生思想政治教育提供了新的工作思路和方法。然而,由于部分思想政治教育工作者的人文素养不高、思想政治教育的人文关怀理论研究与实践经验的不足、社会不良环境等原因的共同影响,大学生思想政治教育欠缺人文关怀,表现为偏重思想政治教育的社会价值,忽略个体价值;强调共性教育,忽略个性教育;强调理论灌输,忽略情感关怀;强调教师主导,忽略学生主体作用。探析加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的人文关怀的路径显得尤为重要。

Ideological and political education and humanistic care of college students is an important achievement of the modern ideological and political education theory development and practice innovation. It provides new ideas and methods for the ideological and political education. However,because of the common influence of various reasons such as some ideological and political educators who are short of humanistic quality,the lack of ideological and political education and humanistic care theory research and practical experience,adverse social environment and so on,ideological and political education reflects the lack of humane care,which is shown in these aspects：stressing the social value of ideological and political education but ignoring the individual value; stressing the generality education but ignoring the personalities; stressing theory inculcation but ignoring the emotional care; stressing the magisterial quality of the teachers but ignoring the main-body quality of students. It is very significant to explore the paths of strengthening and improving the college students＇ ideological and political education and humanistic care.
