摘要
《生物化学》是生物技术本科专业的重要专业主干课程,以在《生物化学》教学中结合食品安全教育的教学内容及教学方式改革为出发点,综述了国内外食品安全教育现状,分析了在生物化学课堂教学内容与食品安全教育的结合点,探讨了在《生物化学》课堂教学结合食品安全教育的具体案例设计,意在提高生物化学课堂的教学效果,同时培养学生食品安全意识和分析问题、解决问题的实际能力。
The course Biochemistry is an important and main specialized course for biotechnology undergraduates.In this paper,we reform the teaching contents and teaching methods with the incorporation of food safety education in biochemistry teaching. At first,we review the status of food safety education at home and abroad. Then we analyze some integration points in biochemistry class teaching content and food safety education. Finally,we discuss the specific case design of classroom teaching in order to improve biochemistry classroom teaching effect. At the same time,the students＇ awareness of food safety are trained,and the actual ability to analyze and solve problems are improved.
