摘要
通过对实际生产中球磨车间现有渣浆泵使用情况的分析,综合考虑管路和处理量情况,对渣浆泵的选型和改造工程提出优选方案。并对两种渣浆泵的性价比和实际运行电量分析比较。结果表明:此方案在满足正常生产前提下,不仅大大降低了维修人员的工作量,而且经济效益良好。
Through analyzing the running situation of slurry pump in production,and considering the capacity and the pipe situation,the optimum slurry pump was chosen and the transformation engineering was carried on.The performance price ratio and electricity consumption were compared.The results showed that not only decreased the maintainer's workload greatly,but also increased the economic benefit under the condition of meeting the ordinary production needs.
