摘要
建立了尾矿库安全监测的预警系统,将定量监测、定性判断相结合,综合确定尾矿库的安全性,给出必要的预警值。建立了尾矿库的安全预警综合指标体系;确立了尾矿库的安全预警准则;确定了尾矿库的安全预警级别和相应判定标准。建立了尾矿库安全预警方法。研究成果可为尾矿库安全管理提供参考。
Early warning system of safety monitoring for tailings pond was established.Combined quantitative monitoring and qualitative judgment,the stability of tailings pond was determined comprehensively,and the necessary early warning values were given.The integrated index system of safety early warning was built.The safety warning criteria were established.The safety early warning level and corresponding decision criteria were determined.Safety early warning methods of tailings pond were set up.The research results can provide references for the safety management of tailings pond.
