深圳市某区公共卫生机构工作人员自测健康状况及影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]了解深圳市公共卫生机构工作人员自测健康现状及影响因素,为有针对性地改善公共卫生人员健康状况提供参考依据。[方法]应用自测健康评定量表及自制的影响因素调查表在深圳市某区慢性病防治院、疾病预防与控制中心、妇幼保健院3家公共卫生机构随机抽取200名工作人员进行调查。[结果]深圳市公共卫生机构工作人员自测健康总分终得分为(67.85±11.83)分,三个子量表中,生理健康子量表得分最高为(74.09±12.64)分,心理健康子量表得分最低为(62.69±12.10)分。不同学历、职称和经济收入的公共卫生机构工作人员量表得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析显示,学历、职称、经济收入是影响公共卫生机构工作人员自测健康状况的影响因素。[结论]深圳市公共卫生机构工作人员自测健康水平不高,应重点关注人员的职业发展对人员健康水平的影响。 Objective To study self- rated health condition and its influencing factors among public health agency staffs in Shenzhen city,providing reference basis for health improvement of the public health agency staffs. Methods With random sampling,a survey was conducted among200 staffs from hospital for chronic diseases,centers for disease control and prevention,maternal and child health hospital of a district in Shenzhen with Self- Rated Health Measurement Scale Version 1. 0( SRHMS V1. 0) and a self- developed questionnaire. Results The average score of SRHMS was( 67. 85 ± 11. 83). The score for physical health dimension was the highest( 74. 09 ± 12. 64) and the lowest for mental health dimension( 62. 69 ± 12. 10). There was significant difference between different qualifications,job categories and economic income in the scale score( P〈0. 05). Multiple linear regression shows,qualifications,job categories and economic income are the influencing factors of the self- rated health. Conclusions The health condition is not good in public health agency staffs of a district in Shenzhen city. Pay more attention to the influence of career development to staffs' health level.
