社会医学与卫生事业管理专业毕业生自我评价分析 被引量:2

Analysis analysis on self- assessments of the graduates majoring in social medical and health service management

摘要 [目的]了解卫生事业管理毕业生对自身掌握专业知识和能力的评价,为卫生事业管理专业学生的教育培养提供依据。[方法]对南京医科大学医政学院2014届141名卫生事业管理专业毕业生进行调查,回收有效问卷128份,运用SPSS软件对毕业生的基本情况、现在从事工作情况、自身专业知识的掌握、自身具备的能力等方面进行统计分析。[结果]毕业生所在单位以市级县级单位为主(占73.4%);94.5%学生反映在单位从事工作对口和基本对口;87.5%的学生对现在岗位满意或基本满意;学生对所学知识不能掌握占23.4%;绝大多数学生认为管理专业学生应该具备多方面的知识,约7.7%的学生认为应具备文秘知识;对各门专业知识的掌握上,法学知识、医学知识、英语知识有部分同学反映掌握较差;62.5%的学生认为管理专业学生应该具备多方面的能力,有部分同学反映外语应用能力、危机处理能力和创新能力较差。[结论]加大教学改革,优化课程设置;理论与实践结合,提高学生运用知识的能力;增加与社会接触机会,培养学生适应力。 Objective To understand assessments on grasping knowledge and ability structure of health service management graduates so as to provide theoretical basis their education and cultivation. Methods We investigated 141 2014 thhealth service management graduates,and collected back 128 questionnaires. Using the software SPSS,we analyzed basic information,occupation situation,self mastery of professional knowledge,self- ability. Results 73. 4% graduates worked in municipal and county level units,94. 5% graduates thought the present job accord with his major. 87. 5% graduates were satisfied with their job. 23. 4% graduates thought they could not master their professional knowledge,most of them thought they should master manifold knowledge,including secretarial course. Some of students thought they could not good at professional knowledge on Law, Medicine, English courses. 62. 5% graduates thought they should master manifold ability, some of students thought they could not good at professional knowledge on English language application ability,crisis management ability,innovative ability.Conclusions The university should intensify the teaching reform,optimize the curriculum structure,combination of theory and practice,improve the ability of students to use the knowledge,increase the opportunity for contact with society,training students adaptability.
