摘要 利用光纤作为传感器提取沿途振动信号,通过对检测信号的处理和分析,可有效地检测和定位发生的故障或入侵行为等。分布式光纤振动传感器利用光波在光纤中传输时相位、偏振等对振动的敏感特性,连续实时地监测光纤附近的振动,并能够定位预防事故,有较好的应用前景。根据传感原理,分布式光纤振动传感技术可分为基于干涉原理和基于后向散射探测技术两类。该文主要从以上两个方面综述分布式振动传感器的主要技术和发展动态。 Using optical fiber as a sensor to extract signal along the fiber. Through processing and analysis the signal,we can detect and locate the fault or intrusion behavior etc effectively. The distributed optical fiber vibration sensor used phase and polarization of light waves transmissed in optical fiber,which is sensitive to vibration characteristics. It can monitor the vibration near the fiber,continuously,provide accidents position and prevent accidents. Thus there is a good prospect. According to the principle of the sensor,distributed optical fiber vibration sensing technology can be divided into different aspects based on the interference principle and based on the backward scattering detection technology. This article mainly introduced the above two aspects,summarized the main technology of distributed vibration sensor and development trends.
