陕西电大开展全民终身教育的SWOT分析 被引量:2

摘要 全民终身学习倡导教育应贯穿人的一生。本文应用战略管理中的SWOT分析法对陕西广播电视大学正在开展的全民终身教育事业的内部优势及弱势和外部机遇及挑战进行全面分析,提出应对重点和难点。内部优势体现在远程教育方面积累的丰富经验以及"5A"手机学院和学分银行等的建设;外部拥有有利的政策条件和人们对继续教育需求逐步增强的有利社会环境;在资源建设和学习服务方面存在一些弱势;挑战主要来自普通高校网络教育学院和企业化的在线教育公司的竞争。建议在目前政策优势之下,坚持"精品资源+优质服务"的以学习者为本的教育理念,发挥第四代远程教育技术即移动智能教育技术优势,推动陕西广播电视大学终身教育事业跨越发展。 The idea that learning activities should be undertaken throughout all people's life is advocated by lifelong learning educationalists. Based on SWOT analysis,the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats involved in the lifelong education project which carried out in Shaanxi Radio and TV University are fully evaluated,and constructive proposals for lifelong learning in Shaanxi province are put forward. The lifelong education project has internal strengths in rich experience accumulated in distance education,and the establishment of China Shaandian Mobile College and Credit Bank. The external opportunities include advantage offered by China 's education policy and the demand of continuing education start to escalate in China. The internal weaknesses are mainly in construction of course resources and learning services. The external threats come from network education colleges and enterprising online education companies. The suggestion in this study is,under the background of policy advantage and the superiority of mobile intelligent education technology,lifelong educators should insist on offering the learners with excellent resources and quality services,and promote the development of lifelong education project in Shaanxi Radio and TV University by the learner- oriented educational philosophy.
