摘要
我国相关教育政策都对中小学校长的专业素质做了明确规定。运用文献计量与内容分析的方法,通过N-Vivo 9.0对1991-2013年主要教育政策进行文本分析发现:中小学校长的专业素质结构正在不断优化;中小学校长教育领导素质的重要性日趋凸显;校长专业化是促使中小学校长专业素质结构演变的根本动力;"造就一批教育家,让教育家办学"是中小学校长专业素质发展的未来路向。
Headmaster's professional quality structure was explicitly stipulated in relevant education policies in China. Using bibliometrics and content analysis method, analyzed main education policy texts from 1991 to 2013 by N- Vivo 9.0, and finally found: Headmaster's professional quality structure is continually optimized; headmaster's education leading quality is more and more important; Principal specialization is fundamental force in the evolution of headmaster's professional quality structure; "Bring up a group of educators, and let them running schools" is the future path of headmaster's professional quality development.
