教育公平视阈下的留守儿童教育支持——基于留守与非留守儿童差异的实证调查 被引量:8

摘要 留守儿童问题的核心是教育问题,已成为当前我国义务教育均衡发展和实现教育公平无法回避的问题。研究以苏中X地区为例,对留守儿童与非留守儿童的监护状态、学习品质、心理健康等差异进行实证调查,以期"窥一斑而知全豹",深入剖析留守经历所导致的教育问题,多视角分析影响留守儿童教育支持的制约因素。以关怀伦理学为逻辑起点,以教育平等为指导思想,以系统管理理论为关键策略,阐述教育公平视阈下的留守儿童教育支持策略,提出政府主导城乡联动的"政府—学校—家庭—社区—社会—留守儿童"多中心教育支持体系,为有效解决留守儿童教育问题提供了参考。 The core issue of left- behind children is the education problem, which has become aninevitable problem about the balance development of compulsory education and the realization of educational equity in China today.The empirical investigationfor left- behind children and non leftbehind children's monitoring state, learning quality and mental health, taking one middle east X area of Jiangsu Province as an example.This paper elaborates influencing factors of left- behind children education support by the depth analysis of educational problems caused by left- behind experience in multi angle of view.The left- behind children education supportstrategy takes the care ethics as a logical starting point, the educational equality as a guiding ideology, the system management theory as a key strategy, elaborated from the perspective of education equity.A multi- center educational support system of " government- school- family- community- society- left- behindchildren" is proposed, government leading Urban and rural linkage,providing a effective solution for the left- behind children education problem.
