从“匿名”到“实名”:师生关系教改探索

摘要 当前在大学校园里出现的一种较为普遍的现象是教师在讲台上讲得口干舌燥,而学生则坐在下面无动于衷。长此以往,对教师的教学积极性和学生的学习积极性都是一种伤害,从而会严重影响教学质量。建立良好的师生互动关系。将学生从"匿名"状态变成"实名"状态,把单纯的教学关系,变成立体的熟人关系,是解决这一问题的有益尝试。 Currently, in the university campus there is a common phenomenon: teachers in the rostrum speak thirsty while the students sit in the following indifferent. Continuously for a long time, to teacher' s teaching enthusiasm and students' learning enthusiasm is a kind of hurt, which will seriously affect the quality of teaching. Establish a good teacher-student interaction. The student from "anonymous" state into "real name" state, the simple teaching relationship, become a three-dimensional friend relationship, is a useful attempt to solve this problem.
