摘要
以天津高银117大厦超大长径比钻孔灌注桩钢筋笼施工为例,对钢筋笼安装制作、连接及吊装等方面进行研究。该技术保证了钢筋笼的安装制作快速准确,以及吊装过程钢筋笼保持稳定、不变形,在规定时间内准确下放到位,不影响桩孔的稳定,顺利完成浇筑。基于天津高银117大厦工程实践,该技术的应用不仅保证了施工质量而且大大节约了成本,对超长桩的施工有很好的工程推广及应用价值。
Based on the construction of super heavy reinforcement cages of cast-in-place bored pile of Tianjin Gaoyin 117 Building, the reinforcement cage installation, connection and hoisting were researched. The technology ensured that the installation of reinforcement cage was quick and accurate,and reinforcement cage remained stable, and had no deformation during the lifting process. The reinforcement cage was put in place accurately in set time. It didn't affect the stability of the pile hole,and finished concrete pouring successfully. Based on engineering practice of Tianjin Gaoyin 117 Building,the technology proved not only to ensure the construction quality but also save the cost. It has a very good project promotion and application value for the lifting construction of super long piles.
