虽然钢骨混凝土(SRC)组合结构在超高层建筑中的应用越来越多,但是像框架柱、主梁同为钢骨混凝土组合结构,次梁为钢筋混凝土梁的结构形式还比较少见,结构形式更加复杂,对深化设计和施工质量的要求更高,施工难度更大。结合无锡恒隆广场综合发展项目实例,详细介绍了此类超高层组合结构的深化设计、施工工艺及施工组织中的关键技术问题。

Although the steel reinforced concrete（ SRC） composite structure in high-rise building is used more and more,but like that frame column and beam is reinforced concrete composite structure,secondary beam is reinforced concrete beam structure,it is still relatively rare,and structure is more complicated, which puts forward higher requirements for detailed design and construction quality.According to Wuxi Plaza comprehensive development project,the key technical problems of super highrise composite structure such as detailed design,construction technology and construction organization are introduced in detail.
