摘要
乐清市体育中心体育场屋面采用弯月形非封闭空间索桁体系覆盖PTFE膜材,整个膜屋面共有31组,每组由6个膜片单元组成,单元膜片四周边界分别与压环箱梁、下弦索及钢管拱等进行连接,屋面呈曲面波浪形,交替起伏,结构独特。通过合理优化、对称安装、均衡张拉,确保了膜结构的顺利施工,保证了工程质量。
With non-closed meniscus and spatial cable-truss system covering PTFE membrane on the roof,Yueqing Sports Center Stadium has 31 groups of membrane roofs and each group is consist of 6 film units while the boundary around them is connected with press-ring box beam,lower chord cable and steel-tube arch respectively. The roof of stadium is wave surface roof and alternating ups and downs,with novel design. By reasonable optimization,symmetrical installtion and balanced tension,the construction of membrane structure is finished successfully and the requirement of quality is satisfied.
