摘要
在建筑结构施工中,模板、钢管、扣件等材料均属于周转材料,其周转倒运方式通常借助卸料平台和垂直运输设备,即:将楼层内的周转材料集中堆放到卸料平台后,借助塔式起重机等垂直运输设备将其吊装到上部楼层。卸料平台的设计方式直接影响到材料周转的效率。针对建筑结构施工中常用的卸料平台进行创新式的优化设计,对提高卸料平台安拆效率、加快周转材料的周转使用意义重大。
In the construction of building structure,the discharging platform and vertical transportation equipment is usually used for turnover of the formwork,steel tube,fasteners and other materials,namely: the working materials are put inside the discharging platform,and then hoisted to upper floor with vertical transportation equipment such as tower cranes. So,the discharging platform design directly affects the efficiency of the material turnover. According to these,the discharging platform structure commonly used in building construction is optimized,which can improve the efficiency of the installation and demolition of discharging platform,and accelerate material turnover.
