Research on the Teacher Training Strategy in Internet Era

随着计算机技术和网络技术的快速发展,信息技术的优势日益凸显。在传统教师培训模式的弊端突现之时,如何利用当下"互联网+"的潮流,搭建网络环境,支撑传统的教师培训问题成为日益关注的问题。本文通过对"互联网+"时代信息化教育的探讨,寻求与传统教师培训模式的结合,以期发挥各自优势,提高教师培训的效果,对教师专业的发展提出一定建议。

With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology,the advantages of information technology appear.When the disadvantages of traditional teacher training model show up,how to make use of the Internet trend,set up the network environment and support the traditional teachers training become increasingly concerned problems.This article seeks the combination with the traditional teacher training model through discussion on information-based education in the era of the Internet,in order to give play to their respective advantages,improve the effectiveness of teacher training,and put forward some suggestions to the professional development of teachers.
