培养应用型人才模式改革是其创建特色和提升质量的关键环节。本文总结了自动化专业应用型人才培养现状及培养过程中存在的问题,并从通适性角度提出了应用型人才培养新模式,即在人才培养规格上融"知识、能力、素质"为一体,培养和提高学生的创新意识和实践能力,以使学生成为探索应用型人才。

The cultivation model reform of applied talents is a key link in the process of creating characteristics and improving quality.This paper summarizes the present situation of automation applied talents training and the problem existing in the training process,and puts forward a training model from the angle of general eligibility.Teachers should cultivate and improve the students＇ innovation consciousness and practical ability by the combination of＂knowledge,ability and quality＂and make students exploratory applied talents.
