摘要
"慕课"的出现引发了教学模式的变革,因此,高校教学辅助岗位也要与时俱进,适时做出调整应对慕课带来的挑战。针对慕课的特征及其对教学辅助岗位产生的影响,高校教辅岗位应从开展课程资源的研发设计,加强课程资源的网络平台建设,推动翻转课堂模式在传统学科的广泛应用这三个方面做好慕课背景下工作模式的创新与实践。
The introduction of MOOC（massive open online courses） triggers the transform of teaching model,as a result,the teaching assistance positions in universities and colleges should keep pace with the times and adjust the direction accordingly.According to the characteristics of the MOOC and its influence on the teaching assistant position,colleges and universities should carry out the research and development on curriculum resources,strengthen the construction of network platform,and promote the widely application of flipped classroom in traditional disciplines.
