The Origin of Rhetoric（《修辞学发凡》）is the foundation of modern Chinese rhetoric.It sets forth in the two major issues including the rhetoric standard and the rhetoric distinction,points out that rhetorical standard is suitable for the theme and consistent with the situation.The two big sets of rhetoric are positive and negative rhetoric.Mr.Chen Wangdao＇s rhetoric has made a significant contribution to the development of modern Chinese rhetoric.
