摘要
当前,九年制义务教育阶段初中学生因贫困而辍学的现象逐渐减少,但另外一种现象却呈上升趋势——因后进生的增加而导致辍学。因此,加强后进生的转化、降低后进生的辍学仍是一项重要的工作。笔者就自己初中英语教学中班级后进生情况以及后进生的转化策略谈几点不成熟的建议。
At present,fewer students quit school due to poverty,while a kind of phenomenon is on the rise-more underachievers tend to drop out of school in the nine-year compulsory education stage.It is important to strengthen the underachiever transformation and reduce the underachiever from dropping out of school.The author puts forward some suggestions on the underachiever transformation strategy in junior middle school English teaching,hoping to provide reference to other teachers.
