摘要
随着科学技术迅速发展,我国经济水平逐渐提高,人们对于物质的要求也越来越高,从简单的温饱到追求食物的色香味,再到如今的重视营养价值,使得烹饪课程受到广泛关注与重视。本文通过分析创新思维在中职烹饪教学中的重要意义,指出创新思维在中职烹饪教学中应用的方法。
With the rapid development of science and technology, the economy level in our country gradually increases. People require the enjoyment about material higher and higher, from simple food and clothing to the pursuit of the best flavor of the food, and to today's attaching great importance to the nutritional value, which makes cooking course get extensive concern and attention. In this article, through analysis of the significance of creative thinking in the teaching of secondary vocational cooking, it points out that the methods of creative thinking in the teaching of the application of secondary cooking.
