双岐杆菌和双岐杆菌乳粉的研究

Studv on Bifidobacteria and Bifidobacetria Milk Powder

本文对3株两岐双岐杆菌、2株长双岐杆菌、1株青春双岐杆菌和1株婴儿双岐杆菌进行了研究。制备了双岐杆菌发酵剂,该真空冷冻干燥发酵剂含双岐杆菌活菌3×10~9个/g至1×10^(10)个/g。将发酵剂粉与普通乳粉混合均匀,即可制得双岐杆菌乳粉。经150例临床疗效观察,此乳粉对控制肠道感染和降低血液中胆固醇含量有良好的医疗效果。

Three B. bifidum, two B. longum, one B. adolescentis and one B. infantis were studied. The bifidus starters were preparated. Three to ten billion viable cells of Bifidobacteria per gram were contained in frecze dried starters. Bifidobacteria milk powder was preparated by mixing the starters and milk powder. Good therapeutic effect of Bifidobacteria milk powder on controlling intestinal infections and serum cholesterol levels was observed from 150 sick personnels.
