With the rapid development of society, people gradually increasing requirements for education, traditional teaching model has not completely meet today＇s demands for education. In recent years, the new curriculum standards more focus on improving the effectiveness of mathematics teaching. Therefore, in our future＇s teaching, we pay more attention for improving the quality of teaching junior high school mathematics. In this paper, we will give a brief study for the quality background of teaching junior high school mathematics, the importance of improving the quality of teaching and how to improve the quality of teaching junior high school mathematics.
