摘要 高校教师职业道德评价,既要从内部主观方面对其进行分析,更要从外部客观量化指标方面对其进行考核。从总体上看,高校教师的职业认同度、职业道德认同度很高;教师对学生考试作弊比较宽容,态度与措施之间还有很大差距;教师熟悉学生的数量较少,离教书育人、做学生良师益友的要求还有不小差距;教师的道德品质与科研创新能力之间有比较密切的关系,爱国主义、诚信品质对科研创新能力有重要影响;教师个人师德失范主要是由内因造成的,社会环境影响是外因。 The evaluation of University Teachers' professional ethics should not only be analyzed from the internal subjective aspects,but also from the external objective quantitative indicators. Generally,University teachers' professional and moral identities are pretty high; however,the teachers are relatively more tolerant of student cheating in examinations and there exist vast disparities between attitude and measures. The number of the students whom the professors are familiar with is quite limited and there is much disparity between the actual practice and the requirement of being a scholarly mentor and a beneficial friend of the students. The moral character of the teachers links quite closely with their scientific and technological innovation ability,and so is true of the great impact of the patriotism and faith quality of the university teachers; moreover,the primary reason of teachers' ethics anomie is personal internal factor,while social milieu is merely an external cause.
