国际旅游外汇收入与区域经济增长的实证检验——基于东、中、西部面板数据

An Empirical Test between International Tourism Foreign Exchange Earnings and Regional Economic Growth Based on the Panel Data of East, Middle and West in China

在国际上，旅游业被公认为是推动经济发展、缩小地区差距的有效手段。根据全国和东、中、西部地区2005-2009年、2010-2014年的面板数据，对国际旅游外汇收入与区域经济增长对比研究发现，国际旅游外汇收入对经济增长的作用存在时间和空间差异，国际旅游外汇收入对经济增长的促进作用无法明确。这主要是缘于不同时间段、不同区域的旅游业发展水平、地区经济发展水平、区位与交通条件等多方面综合因素影响。为此，国家需进一步加大协调区域经济社会发展力度，各地区结合自身经济发展现状和优势，坚持“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”的发展理念，实施差异化发展举措。

Internationally, tourism has been recognized as an effective means to promote economic development and narrow the regional gap. Based on panel data of Eastern, central and western regions and the country from 2005 to 2009, 2010-2014, of international tourism foreign exchange income and regional economic growth comparative study found that international tourism foreign exchange income to economic growth exist differences of time and space, the international tourism foreign exchange income to economic growth promoting effect is not clear. This is mainly due to the different time periods, different regions of the tourism development level, regional economic development level, location and traffic conditions, and other aspects of the comprehensive factors. Therefore, countries need to further increase the coordination of regional economic and social development efforts, the area with its economic development present situation and superiority, and adhere to the development of the concept of ＂innovation, coordination, green, open, sharing, the implementation of differentiated development initiatives.
